US Orders of in stock items will ship within 1-5 business days. If the item you would like to purchase is not in stock, please contact us to place your order at orders@fermlivingshop.us. We will give you an approximate ship date at that time - we will not charge your credit card until the item ships. We ship to US and Canada - PLEASE NOTE that our shipping charges are the same to ship within the US and Canada. However, at the time the package is delivered, Canadian customers will also incur a UPS customs clearance charge (see http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shipping/cost/zones/customs_clearance.html) as well as local and country-wide taxes which vary, but average around fourteen percent. Please contact us at orders@fermlivingshop.us with any questions about Canadian shipping rates. We also ship internationally. Please contact us at orders@fermlivingshop.us for a shipping rate quote. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped UPS Ground. If you require express shipping, please contact us at orders@fermlivingshop.us for quotes and information. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email to ensure that the ship to address is correct. If there is an error, please contact us immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there is a $25 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while the order is in transit. Forms of PaymentWe accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you would like to place an order over the phone, you can do so by calling us at 415.339.1559. You may also e-mail us at orders@fermlivingshop.us with your order information, your address and phone number where you can be reached. We will call you for your credit card information. We do not accept personal checks. Sales TaxSales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to California (8.5%) and Minnesota (6.5%). Residents of other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws. Privacy PolicyWe will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including the contact information of those who subscribe to our mailing list. We may notify you by email about special offers, events and products we think you would want to hear about. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter and announcements, please contact us at info@fermlivingshop.us or click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email when you receive it. Security of Credit Card InformationOur shopping cart uses PayPal which features SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time PayPal asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. We do not keep your credit card information on file. SamplesWe offer samples to help you with your wallpaper decisions. Please email us at samples@fermlivingshop.us or call 415.399.1559 to request them. Just let us know your mailing address and the designs that you are interested in seeing (limit 5). Return/ExchangePurchases can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 14 days from delivery date as long as product is in its original condition and is returned to us in the original packing, with all inserts. Please email orders@fermlivingshop.us or call 415.399.1559 for a return authorization prior to shipping the item back to us. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack the item well (additional packaging may be necessary) and insure it for the full amount - we recommend using UPS or FedEx so that the shipment can be tracked. We are not responsible for lost packages. If you received a gift, your gift will be refunded for a store credit or the amount will be applied to the purchaser's credit card - we do not offer cash refunds on gift purchases. Exchanges are not accepted, but a product can be "exchanged" by returning it to us for a refund and then re-ordering the product online. All sale items are non-refundable. Report Damaged ShipmentsWe take great care in inspecting and packing our products in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If by chance damage does occur, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of order via email at orders@fermlivingshop.us to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material. We will replace the item at no additional shipping cost. Cancellation PolicyOrders must be cancelled within 24 hours. Please contact us at orders@fermlivingshop.us or 415.399.1559 to cancel your order. Custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours or they are considered final and non-refundable. To cancel a custom order, please call or email. How to Apply Wall Stickersferm LIVING wall stickers are easy to apply. Each wall sticker comes with instructions and a plastic scraper for mounting. Please note that they are not suitable for use on raw concrete or exposed brickwork. The wall stickers are easily removable. In the rare case that paint or wallpaper is damaged upon removal, ferm LIVING cannot be held responsible. For detailed instructions, click here to download a PDF. Or click here for an instructional video. How to Wallpaper: Collection No. 1Putting wallpaper up requires a bit of research and preparation. Please click here to download a PDF with instructions on how to apply wallpaper and a list of supplies that you will need to get started. Wallpaper Details: Collection No. 1Our wallpapers are all Class A Fire Rated. They have been specially treated to resist fading and to be washable. Each roll is 21 inches wide by 32.8 feet long. When determining the correct number of rolls you'll need, be sure to measure to allow for the repeat. How to Wallpaper: Collection No. 2The walls must be clean, dry and stable, and uneven surfaces should be filled in or polished evenly. Be sure to use wallpaper paste for a non-woven wallpaper quality. Apply paste directly to wall with a roller coater. Put about 2-3 lengths up at the same time. Hang the sections by butting the edges tightly together (do not overlap) and smooth the wallpaper from the middle and out towards the edges. Please read carefully the instructions that are included with the wallpaper packaging. Wallpaper Details: Collection No. 2WallSmart is a new generation of non-woven wallpaper that is designed for easier and more flexible hanging by applying the paste directly to the wall. It is washable and has very good light resistance. It is designed in Denmark and manufactured in Sweden. Wholesaleferm LIVING sells wholesale to qualifying retailers.
